Rick has over 25 years of business experience, ranging from restaurant ownership to high tech component sales to manufacturing and distribution. He has been to driving force behind turn around and development of numerous sales teams. He is an expert in facilitating leading sales teams to higher levels of success, improving communications, as well as creating leaders at all levels of an organization. Rick has worked with organizations in every corner of the US and Canada.

Mike specializes in building and managing successful sales teams with a winning positive attitude. He began developing his management style as an officer in the Unites States Marine Corps, leading from the front, setting the example for his sales team.
Dr. Michael J. Bolen, PhD has over twenty years of extensive multi-functional executive experience in the private sector in sales and marketing management positions for both Fortune 200 companies and privately held corporations. He has had sales and marketing responsibility and team building experience in North America, Central and South America, Australia and Europe. Mike has formulated successful sales strategies and developed business plans for a wide variety of leading-edge technological businesses throughout the world. He has developed relationships and sold to numerous Fortune 500 companies such as, Agilent, Boeing, Raytheon, Hewlett-Packard, Home Depot, Ford and DaimlerChrysler.
Dr. Bolen earned a BS from the United
States Naval Academy, an MBA from National University and a PhD in
Business and Ethics from American College
